SNPRC Summer Internship Program

The Southwest National Primate Research Center (SNPRC) offers educational and training opportunities for a limited number of students during an 8-week summer session. Undergraduates (Sophomore, Junior or Senior levels) and graduate (Ph.D. and veterinary) students who have completed the first year of training currently enrolled at accredited U.S. academic institutions are welcome to apply.

Selected 2020 Summer Interns will continue with our V-LEAD (Virtual Leadership, Excellence and Development) Internship program beginning June 1, 2020.

Student Volunteer Program

SNPRC provides educational volunteer opportunities for a limited number of veterinary externship students throughout the year. Students must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in school. We will match student volunteers with appropriate mentors. However, the availability of a particular mentor is not guaranteed.
