The Southwest National Primate Research Center (SNPRC) serves as a national resource for investigators who are performing nonhuman primate research. There are three main services provided by the SNPRC: animal sales, biomaterials requests and research requests. SNPRC breeds Indian origin rhesus macaques, olive baboons and common marmosets. Investigators interested in performing research studies, obtaining tissues or acquiring animals from our center should fill out a request form below. You will be sent login credentials for accessing our service forms and workflows.
Please be sure to initiate your request with ample time before submitting a grant proposal to ensure a smooth process. Our team of experts are happy to help investigators to identify the appropriate animal models, numbers and budgets that are needed for their specific study aims. Please reach out at least four weeks before your grant deadline.
