Late Breaking Abstract Poster Submissions are now open until August 31!
You will need the following information to begin your submission:
- Presenting author’s contact information and affiliation
- Co-authors names and affiliations
- Lab Head name, affiliation, and email
Abstract Guidelines
- Word count limit: 350 words
- Abstracts must be received by August 31, 2026
- Be sure to include all authors in the author list, including the submitting author, and any co-authors
- All submissions will print exactly as submitted
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with a quality of spelling and grammar suitable for publication
Review of Abstracts
- Notifications will be emailed to the submitting author in early September(International applicants submitting an abstract who require a visa must submit no later than July 31, 2026. Due to visa approval timelines, these applicants will not be eligible for consideration under the late-breaking abstract submission process.)
