Payment Information

• Credit Card: Accepted for all registrations.
• Check: Checks must be received within 30 days of the registration date. After the early bird deadline (August 31), all registrations must be paid by credit card.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to by September 22, 2026, to be eligible for a partial refund. A $150 processing and handling fee will apply to cancellations received by this date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 22, 2026.
